My right nipple is tender, the gland under nipple is inflamed and semi hard. Seems to be getting larger now about the size of a small marble. Noticed about 3to4 weeks ago. I started playing gutiar alot more about six months ago,and the gutiar rests in this area while practing, this is how I first noticed.

Now the potential bad news. Im a male 44, Smoker, drug addictions off and on over the years. Alcohol,ciggs,weed,some speed,lsd,mushrooms.... I am battling an 8 month old smoking addiction. Gutiar or abuse or both?
