I am a teen and i had mono about three months ago. As far as i can remember the lymph node on the right side of my neck has always been a little bigger than the one on the right. Is there something wrong with that or could this be normal? I recently had mono, and now i think i have a little cold coming on. I have a ton of phgelm in my neck and have been spitting it up because it is disconforting. I also have slight pain in the lymph nodes, but the one on the right is a little bigger. Is this overall something to worry about?

swollen
If you were just sick, the lymph node can remain swollen for a while. I think it's about 2-3 weeks or so but it might be up to a month. No need to worry, though if you feel nervous about it I would suggest seeing a doctor.
