Swollen lymph node biopsy scheduled for next week

I had a bacterial infection four months ago and also had an allergiv reaction to the antibiotics I was given. Since then, I have had a swollen lymph gland on the right side of my neck. My doctor ordered an ultra sound and it showed 2 swollen lymphnodes. I have a biopsy scheduled for next week and am extremely scared that I have cancer. The lymphnode that I can feel is moveable and rubbery and not painful. It has not grown since my reaction this summer. Do I need to be concerned?
