Swollen lymph node and canker sore afraid I may have TB

Hello, I had mononucleosis about 11 months ago and it cleared up a couple months afterward. Ever since it cleared up and I was feeling good again I have had a few slightly swollen lymph nodes in my neck and one in particular will flare up every couple of months. I have also had an increased frequency in getting canker sores. I've always had canker sores througout my life but they did not used to occur as frequently as they have recently. I'm male and did deploy overseas twice and had close contact with many locals so I'm afraid I may have developed TB at some point, but until I contracted mono my immune system was able to supress it. (Just a theory) Also, I got tested for HIV and it was negative. Please advise if you have an idea as to what could be wrong with my lymph nodes and immune system. Thanks for your time!
