Swollen lips burning and very painful

For a couple months now I have been experiencing very painful and sometimes swollen lip. I feel tingling burning sensation and a red rash on the outer parts of my lower lip. A blister like area on the upper lip. It comes and goes and I have tried elimanating my medications stopping all and then adding them back but it doesn't seem to make a difference. If I drink coffee or hot drinks it's very painful. They seem to burn constantly. Has anyone experienced this and is there any treatment I should be aware of?
