Q: Swollen kidney during pregnancy

I Am 24 with a 20 month history of recurrent UTI, i am 37 weeks pregnant and i have been told i have a swollen right kidney!

I have been told this is quite common during pregnany, but i am afraid that with my history of UTI that it will cause complications!! does anyone know anything on this matter? HELP!!
