Hello I was feeling allot of pain in my intestines. So I went to the hospital and they did a MRI. The doctor said that the intestines were swollen and that there was a small spot in my liver. He said most likely I have colon cancer. I am going to do a colonoscapy but am very scared. Could this be cancer?

It is possible, but one could not say for sure until a thorough colonoscopy is performed.
