Hi, one month ago, I went to the dentist and found out I had gum inflammation. After the dental cleaning, my dentist taught me the correct brushing technique and to floss once a day. I have been doing this everyday now. I have been rinsing my mouth with salt water and brushing after every meal. I floss after my last meal of the day. Today, my gums are pinker than they were and they no longer bleed. They are still slightly swollen though. Is there anyway to reduce the swelling further? I have also been taking flaxseed oil (3-4 tablespooons a day) for the last two weeks, and brushing my teeth with pastes made of vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) and vitamin E. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
