Hello,
We tried for conception this month and since then I find some changes in my body. However I am not sure if it is real or due to my own thought of getting pregnant. Now, coming to the symptoms, I felt so tired all of a sudden( which happened just after 7 days of the day we tried for conception ) and I had some cramps in my thighs and now for the past 2/3 days( after 15 days) my gums have started to get swollen and I find difficult to brush my teeth. Just want to make sure if these are all signs of Pregnancy? Swollen Gum makes me so confused since I've heard that it happens only in 2nd/ 3rd trimester. Please help me through this. Thanks.
