I know I can't get diagnosed here but since I can't get in to see a specialist for a few weeks I want to know if anyone has ideas of what this could be. For almost 3 years I've been constantly tired, cold, and achey. My thyroid levels are currently normal but my endo still thinks given my family history that I have early hoshimotos. When they did an ultrasound my primary doc thought it looked like Thyroid cancer but the endo refused to do a biopsy saying it didn't look like cancer to him. As of November my lymphnodes have swollen up and I now have swelling under my tongue and bumps on the left side of my tongue. I should also mention the thyroid nodules and swollen lymphnodes are all on the left side also. I've tried antiobiotics but they did nothing so it isn't an infection. I've been referred to a new specialist because again my primary is concerned that it's cancer but this time oral cancer or lymphoma. I'm starting to get scared and would like to know if there are any other things this could be. If the endo was wrong and it was thyroid lymphoma could it spread to my mouth and throat? The swelling in my mouth is primarily around the lingual tonsils. Thank you in advance for any advice. I will of course be keeping my appointment coming up no matter what.
