Finding myself in the bathroom lastnite i could not help but notice the foreskin of my penis was swollen to a very large size, im not exactly sure what this mite be or if i should seek help or will it go back to normal.

I'd probably go see a doctor. Any swelling around that region is probably not a good thing and warrants some sort of medical treatment!
