Hi my problem is itdunno if it serious but i am uncut and i think i streched my foreskin and made cuts while jacking off and aswell stretched it out and a few days later if swollen up and tightened aswell i beleve casaus has formed mkaing a rough surrounding of my forskin when its not pulled back, when i do pull just a bit i ca n feel it ache aswell as the head of my penis

My question is should i be worried about this or would it evenually un swollen back to normal or should i consider getting cut?

I am not a male so have no personal experience but the swelling should recede. If there is pain associated with this you should see a doctor. Logic dictates that if the foreskin is being torn and causing problems then having it removed may be a wise choice but the doctor may be able to offer solutions that don't involve a surgical procedure. Be safe on this one and see your doctor. Hope that helps.

I was thinking about your problem some more and you may have a bacterial infection. This is not an STD but an infection that may have occurred just from your own hands. If it does not clear up then go to your doc. A topical antimicrobial may do the trick. Motrin will reduce swelling so that may be an option for you. All the best.
