Swollen fingers and cold pinkys

Hey,

I've been having an issue lately with both of my hands. Sometimes my thumb, 1st, and 2nd index fingers feel swollen and burning hot, while my 3rd and 4th index fingers get freezing cold. I can even see some weird bluefish swelling In my palm near my thumb I believe it's the radial artery. I don't know what this is or whats causing it.

Hope anyone has a clue as to why this happens.
