I went to the beach 3 days ago and got really sunburned. now my feet/ankels are very swollen. help!!!!

Hi Amber,

Plain yogurt, alero vera juice from the plant, antibacteria, cream etc should help with the swelling. Just be sure and not get it infected. If you have a sack of frozen peas in the freezer put that on it for 15, remove for 30 and apply again.
