I have had swollen eyelids since the summer of 2008 and its now January, and I still haven't seen any improvement. My eyelids look really bad in the morning but by evening time they still look swollen but not as bad as in the morning. However, I'm always looking tired and sleepy and the swollenness is pushing down on my eye which is making my eyes look like they are close. It could be a bacterial infection.
