I have that annoying feeling that I have something somewhat blocking my throat. It makes me swallow my saliva every 10 seconds. It also gives me the feeling that I have to clear my throat.

Its really annoying. To a point where I worry it might just block my windpipe one day.

What can I do to solve this problem?. Its being going on and off like this for 2 or 3 months and it doesn't seem to come back to normal.

It this something I should be worried about? Is it going to heal by itself? What can I do to make it heal faster?

Swollen epiglottis
I've noticed sometimes the body can react to what we are eating or drinking. My epiglottis enlarges if the day before I drank soda. There are alot of chemicals in soda that are not the best for the body. As long as I stay away from the soda,my epiglottis doesn't swell. Maybe you can see if taking one item out of your diet for a week or 2 causes it to stop? You could keep trying a different item every 2 weeks or so until you find the culprit.Good luck!
