My son has a swollen right cheek. He said his teeth and cheek dosn't hurt but his gums do a bit. I don't know if there is something wrong with his gums or teeth and we need to see a dentist or if it is something else and the gums are swollen along with the cheek and might be something we'd need to see a doctor for. He is eight.

Yes, I would take him to his Dentist and have them take a look at him. Just to rule out any type of oral infection and then go from there. Sometimes, an infection can be present without pain.
