BabieGurl, What did your doctor say you should do? No all these symptoms may be related to the same problem.

Spotting after sex, abdominal pain and the swollen cervix might be because of the way he fingers you or his penis can bump into your cervix during intercourse. For some women this is extremely painful and uncomfortable.

Sexual positions for deep penetration (doggy or your legs and feet in the air) will often cause that, especially during your non-fertile phases of your cycle when your cervix is firm and low in your vagina.

Take care.

It definitely sounds like your cervix got a hard bump. Did you get a sharp pain during intercourse one day?

My suggestion will be to quiet down. Keep off your feet for a while and stay away from sex and tampons. Just walking or bending can make your cervix touch the vaginal walls and cause pain.

If you think it is something more serious, see your doctor again.

Hope you feel better soon!
