Swollen/Balooned foreskin

Full history of the issue:

I've had an issue with my foreskin for about 5 months now, it's way to tight. Cannot pull over the penis head at all, erect or not. However I already know I have to go to the doctors about this issue I'm just incredibly shy. My main issue started yesterday when I awoke it felt like my foreskin had swollen, I looked online and figured I would give it a few days however this morning it's gotten much worse.

The foreskin has ballooned it's also desensitized as if it was numbed partially. I've also noticed a hard capsule shaped object in the middle of the shaft, when erected this becomes a fairly long line, guessing a swollen vein.

I've also had mild flu like symptoms. But I was babysitting my niece the other day who had a bad cold so that's probably not relevant.

Medication:

Currently on Xenical for weight lose.
