ok,for about 5 or 6 years now i have had a problem with my lymph nodes located under my arm pits,i have learned through some serious pain and trial and error not to drink milk or eat cheese and also too much citrus, now i can eat yogurt and milk that doesnt have the hormones in it,some cheese doesnt cause a reaction either but maily i have been forced to go on a strict diet of nothing but basic meats like tuna and then veggies and fruits,i cant eat complex meals with spices and dressings or i get a painful swollen lymph node or two or three,my under arms are nothing but scars from these aruptions,i have found that when i do get an aruption that some red wine before bed on an empty stomach while laying on the side that is swollen caused it to drain and start to heal over night, also milk thistle helps allot too! my question is,what is wrong with me and why am i suposedly allergic now after 20 somthing years?
