I am a 42 year old female with no previous health issues.

I began experiencing shortness of breath and pain in left chest area around the middle of the collar bone where the main lymph drain is. Got a chest X-ray but that came back normal.

My urine was tested and came back normal. No other testing has been done yet.

I don't experience night sweats and have no rashes or itchiness.

But a few days ago, I began to notice my left armpit is swollen and tender when pressed. The left side of my breast is tender as well. I don't feel any lumps anywhere or see any redness or hard places.

No changes in shape of the breast. No dimpling of the skin or leakage from either nipple.

Joints in my left shoulder hurt as well as in my lower back.

I'm feeling so fatigued all the time. I get exhausted and winded quickly just doing small tasks.

I am a singer and now I get a cold sweat when I exert myself to wail out a song.

I've had a few brief headaches above my temples, which are not normal for me.

My appetite is fine. I'm sleeping fine. Have had mild nausea.

I'm not taking any kind of medication. I don't drink, smoke, or drink coffee. I'm 147 pounds with no notable weight loss.

I don't fit in to ANY of the high risks listed for breast cancer.

It's been about a month now I've had this problem.

thought about a mamogram? maybe looking up self-exam tips? i have lymphoma and your lymphnode i dont think would affect your breast but you should definately have blood tests done. if there is something fishy with the blood tests i would STRONGLY suggest an enhanced CT scan
