Had inguinal hernia opp in 1974, had turps procedure in 1993, again in 2006, again in 2008.

The left testicle, the one inguinal, was small and had become quite hard, after 1993 opp it had dropped and as of last week has swollen and have pain in the left side and testicle.

Reason for turps calcium gravel in the first and 3cm stone in the bladder for the second.
Of course infections in urine in all cases.

Is this a required repair? or will it get better on its own?
