Q: Switching from depo to pill

I have been on depo for 6 years or longer. My depo was do and I told the doctor I would like to try birth control pills this time. I have only been on the pills for 3 mths now I have high blood perssure and I can feel my heart beating fast and I get really bad migraine headaches. Is it safe to just start something new like that.
