swelling in vaginal opening

I am a 23 year lady,unmarried.
Der is a small swelling on my vaginal opening. It is paining sometimes...
Plz help me

Medicinal history

Two months before
accidentally i wear old inner cloths

after two days
i got fungal infection(terrible itching ) and i cured it by applying Betamil GM.
but same time urine smells something bad somewhat yellow in color and i become very thirsty person,drink so much water. It seems that curing automatically

after one week i got some sort of missiles i take medicines(Homeo ) for that and it disappeared within 3-5 days completely.

Days passed i fell some sort of pain in my vaginal opening...
day by day it increased...

after one week i consulted a doctor(GP) . Test urine ,found that urine infection!!!
I took a ten day course of antibiotic

[prescription:-
Urine microscopy, epithelial -1-2
RBC - 20-30
pus cell- 320
Tab. meftal spas
Tab. Norflox -400mg BD ]

After 10 days that pain disappeared !!

After two week am again went for treatment for same pain.
This time i try Homeo medicine ... (medicines for urine infection as she said )

During these period the pain didn't stop i was becoming weak
I checked some books and accidentally saw the pictures of female outer vaginal parts !!!
I checked me and find that there was some swelling in vaginal opening!!!!

After that I consult the doctor and share my worries!!
She said this is rare case, having vaginal problem for a virgin!!!
she send me to a gynecologist !!!!

I explained my worries to her!!
she checked me
and said Don't worry you had no serious problem!!!
She didn't check internally because i am unmarried!!
she prescribed medicines for 3 days and for urine test

after three days again consult doctor with urine test result( it was quite normal ).
But my pain didn't stop!!!
Then i undergo a ultrasound scan for checking anything serious internally???

The result was like this
All internal organs are quite normal.
There is some sort of swelling in third part of vagina.
and may be some infection in back side of vagina!!!(vaginal glands!!!)

The result sure that there is no problem internally and all in external part.
then doctor gave me medicine for two days

worries

now the Pain didn't gone completely but somewhat reduced.It seems like come and paining for sometime and go !!!
The pain is concentrating on the swelled part and it becoming red in color.The nearer parts become bulged for sometime. with the pain it will disappear!!!! .Der is no suspected discharge through vagina.

sometimes it really disturbing me.
Is there any serious issue in me
Now the situation is like this very difficult to consult my doctor!!!!
Is it necessary to consult my doctor again
And i want to know is there any chance of difficulties occur after my marriage
