I have been getting terrible stomach pains and I noticed that my stomach has been swelling up as well. What could this be caused from?

i have had the same problem..im thinking i am pregnant but every test result turns out negative
i dont know what to do.

ya its not that.
i heard that it could be something called "free fluid"
