Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
You might be having infection and inflammation of the Batholin’s gland that could be the cause for the fever. Get yourself examined ASAP by your gynecologist to ascertain the cause for the swelling and to get started on appropriate antibiotics and medications to control your symptoms.
