Q: Swelling, burning sensation in penis

I am a circumcised male. The last few days the skin of my penis has been tight around the head, with raw skin (burning sensation when exposed to anything but still air) just below the head.

I tried baby powder/medicated powder to dry it out, which hurt more and didn't help.

I tried an anti-fungul/anti-bacterial cream to the same results.

I don't want to go to the doctor if I don't HAVE to. Please help!
