Penis Answer A4646
Current medical status: phimosis
Current medical treatment: preputioplasty

The best thing would be if the doctor who operated on you could see your wound on the penis. The swelling after the operation could be due to an inflammatory reaction that always happens during any process of wound healing. But swelling can also be due to a bacterial infection which is considered as a complication and requires treatment.

If pus starts to come out of the wound that is a sign of infection.

You need to consult a doctor to find out if the swelling is due to the normal inflammatory reaction or to an infection.
