i had an othroscapy on my right knee to repair torn cartilage. i was back in the gym about 2 months later but still exerienced pain. i can gym properly now but there is still fluid in my knee and when i bend it it feels tight and sore from thi fluid. i dont have the explosive power i used to have due to the pain this is causing. i tried medication to get this fluid out. is ther another way i can get the fluid out?
