Q: Sweet sperm and diabetes?

My girlfriend says my sperm tastes really really sweet. Im 19, 5"8, 180 pound and have stayed this weight ever since i was 16. I don't really eat alot of vegtables and fruits nor do i eat candy or anything that sweet. Except i do drink alot of pop like coke. I'm just wondering if really sweet sperm can be a sign of diabetes?

Just be happy that your gf likes the taste.
