Q: sweating from dehydration ?

Hi there,
I haven't been feeling so well lately, I suffered yuppie flu 6 years ago and have never felt right since. I am constantly tired, bloated and am a severe hayfever sufferer. With all this, I have noticed that I am sweating more than usual.
I am not so keen on anti-biotics, so I decided to visit an acupuncturist. He has done absolute wonders, my hayfever is 90% better and my fatigue is also so much better and my bloatedness has also gone down. What I want to know is he told me that I am very dehydrated and there is too much heat and acidity in my body and this is what is causing me to sweat more than usual (armpits).
Is this true?
Thanks!
