Hi Doc,

I am 26 yrs old male with an average body type. I have been sweating for the last 2 yrs while i am eating. I sweat to such an extent that i have to stop eating and get some fresh air to cool down. Is this a problem, i never thought it was until someone told me it could be stomach related. I am a fit person overall and (touchwood) very rarely get sick, but have had some kidney stones issues in the past. Please suggest what should i do.

Thanks

it sounds like your body needs to detoxify, your liver & kidneysyour whole body. There must be something you are eating in excess if you have kidney stones. There are ways to disolve these naturally through diet if you can't do this you will be plagued with health issues later in life so i advise you do all you can to turn this around, your life & good health depends on it. Good hydration & an alkalizing diet & lifestyle are a good start, they don't mean you have to be a rabbit with what you eat but you must have a balanced diet that nourishes you/us correctly, do some research if you need help i would welcome you to inquire my help is not requiring any return from anyone.I just want to share what i have learned.
God bless.
