my husband has fluid in his scrotum but the right testicle is swollen its self he has pain right above his penis in his pelvic area and his left side is filling with this fluid as well now 3 months later no one can tell us anything except its hydrocelle and its infected he is now on his 3rd antibiotic and the last 3 times we have had sex he gets right to his peek and cant ejaculate please help
