I was diagnosed with SVT at he age of 6, I had episodes only once or twice a year at that time. Ive been smoking marijuana for 11 years now and am 24. Recently (within the past two years, worse in the past 6 months) I have been getting more episodes that have been lasting longer and more along the line of an two hour long episode as opposed to a ten minute episode that I could stop myself using methods that I was taught at a young age, like sticking my face in icy h20, trying to pick up something I know that I cant, pressing on my eyelids, etc. Anyway, i want to know if smoking marijuana could be on-setting SVT episodes. I go to my heart doc on thursday but I really need to know asap so I can start making life adjustments now.
