Q: Surgery Update

Just thought I'd update a little if anyone wants to know! I had my gallbladder surgery on Friday afternoon and came home friday evening. It went well, no problems. I'm have had very little pain, I'm just really sore! I never really realized how much I use my tummy muscles until now and its so hard to get out of the chair! But luckily I'm feeling much better then i thought i would so hopefully by middle of next week I'll be able to enjoy my spring break a little bit!!

Brayden is doing good to. He just got over a cold he had last week but seems to be much better now. We took him to the mall the other day to see the easter bunny and he thought that was pretty neat! We plan on takin him back soon when he is dressed a little nicer to get some pictures! And while we were there we let him ride the little train they have for kids and he LOVED it! I was so surprised! When I was younger I used to work that thing so I know how horribly little kids react to that but he thought it was great! Its just growing up to quick!

i'm glad your surgery went well and you're healing quickly! when do you have to go back to school?

and i second that, we need brayden pics! did he ride the train by himself? finn would probably jump out! at our mall we have those rides where you put 50 cents in and the car just moves back and forth, he was loving just sitting in the car but once i put the money in he freaked and tried to evacuate.

Thanks guys, yes it was laproscopic.. I have 4 nice little incisions but thats much better then one big one!!

I really do plan on getting pictures up here! I want to give the 'good' birthday ones that my sisters fiance took but they forgot to bring the disk when they came up here last time..they are supposed to be visiting for easter so hopefully they bring them then!!

B, I go back to school the 24 so I should be healed nicely by then Smile And brayden did ride it by himself! Its a special thing they do only at christmas and easter, its a three car train and its enclosed with belts on the seats and locks on the doors so they can't just hop out or anything! He rode it like a pro! They always decorate the area around the train to go with the holiday so they have tons of things to look at as they go around, he thought it was fabulous!
