Dear Sir or Madam,

I am having some health issues that I have been unsuccessful in getting help for. On December 23, 2007 while working at a restaurant, I lifted a tray that weighed approximately 40 - 50 lbs. I immediately felt abdominal pain and within an hour, I was nauseous and had a fever. I thought I had the flu. MY sister is an LPN and she took me to the ER the first thing in the morning. I was diagnosed with a abdominal wall hernia and released the same day. I went to my regular doctor the same week and he hospitalized me because of my liver levels, which by then were normal. Within a few days, the hernia complications were back and the pain was unbearable. This hernia is the one located in between the breast bone, it can be visually seen. A couple of months later, I began having pain in my left groin. This was also diagnosed as another hernia. Since then I have developed a mass on my adrenal gland. I have been examined at over 5 hospitals and admitted once for the liver levels. I was released because I have no insurance and cannot get help from any doctor or hospital, other than a quick fix at the ER and sent home. Can you give me advice on how to get help for the surgery that has been recommended by Dr.Venkit Ayer. He has offered to do this surgery at a low cost but I have no way to pay for the operating room and hospitalization. Please, if you can help me in any way let me know. My condition is deteriorating to the point I can hardly walk, bathe, or even stand up somedays. Thank you for your time.
