I have a "supranormal gallbladder ejection fraction of 94%". I cannot eat without pain. Could this ejection fraction negatively affect my digestion? Doctors still don't have an answer yet.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out.

The excessive emptying of the gall bladder has got nothing to do with the pain or the digestion problems which you’re suffering from.

If you are having pain while eating, then there’s definitely some problem which needs to be looked into.

You might be suffering from an acute inflammation of the gall bladder (acute cholecystitis) which s causing the pain while eating.

I’ll suggest doing further tests like a CT scan of the upper abdomen / ERCP to rule out any pathology in the gall bladder or bile duct.
