Q: Supporting someone having abortion

How do I best support someone having an abortion? How do I help her through the guilt she may feel afterward? I am a man who loves her very much but I am not the father. Only myself and her best best friend know she was pregnant.

Thank you.

Listen to her. Don't judge her.

i agree, dont judge.
be there for her like after this, like you are there for her now, and let her know that you will always have an open ear for her if she needs to talk.
i think that her knowing that you are here for her after something like this can make her feel better knowing that she is not in this completely alone.

I thank the both of you very much. As I'm sure you know this is a difficult situation for any woman. Even though she has good reasons for the abortion it is still so very hard. She is 12 weeks and she was showing me the ultrasound yesterday and you see a little baby for sure. She is having the procedure as I am writing this, her best female friend is all she wanted with her. I have a lot of respect for you women and all you endure. Thanks
