I know I do not need to go into personal details and I know we aren't the only ones to be part of the waiting process. I do need the community to help me find words of encouragement to share with my father while he undergoes the arduous process of determining if the spots indicated on CAT on his lungs are indeed lung cancer (biopsy coming soon).

Waiting is not his strong suit and he is very convinced he is going to realize his fears. Unfortunately, I am sooo very far away from him and my mom to provide a physical calming presence. I'm trying to find actual words that will help during this time while we wait for news. If any of you can share what has helped you, I would be most appreciative.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hope dies the last. You father will need more encouragement and support after confirming or excluding the diagnose. Good luck!
