Ginger powder
Irish Moss powder
Slippery Elm powder
Barberry powder
Cayenne powder
Chlorella powder
Marshmallow powder
Red rasberry powder

Thanks!!!

i dont believe so, but to be sure you can use a condom for back up.
also i tried plenty of cleanses and i hope that your careful because had a bad experience with one of them. it forced me to have a BM, which caused horrible stomachaches, i was in so much pain i was sweating, crying, and praying.
but there are others that is very gentle, so research the reviews on the internet.

Hi Jess. I actually just spoke with my doctor about the same issue/product (I actually was searching online as well, gave up and gave my gyno a call.) Any colon cleanser apparently can negatively impact the absorption of your birth control by your body, so yes it is good to not use both in tandem, or if you already started the cleanse (as I had) use a backup method (i.e. condoms) for a full 7 days after you stop taking Super Cleanse.

Hope this helps!
