Q: Sunburn with circle indentions

I recently made a stupid decision, that I needed a darker tan, so stupidly I went to the tanning bed for the first time, and I stayed in for 20 mins not knowing that is far to long for me and my first time, needless to say i layed their nude. My whole body is burnt and its been 4 days now pain has not subsisded and now i am noticing circle indentions all over my body . What does this mean do I need to go to the er?
