The past two days i've been out in the sun
for a couple of hours and I have a
terrible sunburn on my shoulders. A mere
touch with a gentle fingertip causes me a
lot of pain. I fear taking a shower
tomorrow because of the burn o.O
a cold washcloth warms up in minutes from
it. Does anyone know of any home remedies
for treating sunburn?

Pure aloe is wonderful.. You can get it
at any drug store. Put it on several
times a day until your sunburn fades

Thank you for both your bits of advice,
guys...But at this point, I think I may
need to allow the burn to heal on its own.
It's at a stage where the skin is
completely torched, scarred, and feels
like sandpaper.
My mom said it's probably a second-degree
burn o.O

It does sound like you burned yourself
pretty bad. It's not too late though..
If you use the aloe it will help the skin
heal better.. It helps to moisturize it
and keep it from cracking and peeling as
much.
