I understand that all sunblocks are not created equal. I will be moving to the mountains and will be in the sun frequently. The skin on my face is already showing some sun damage. I found this sun block for sale in Thailand the other day and I would like to know if it is going to give me the best protection, assuming the labelling is correct.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I believe that there is no term as 'the best sun protection' cuz, if not used right, all of them won`t protect you from sun demage. Furthermore, I wouldn`t advise you to depend on random Thailand sun cream - rather buy it in pharmacy or use Nivea, etc.
Moreover, be sure to use it as often as it requires, not only once a day or so. As you have probably read stories here about melanoma and other skin cancers, be sure to not get yourself in trouble.
Take care!

Thanks for the advice Beatrice.

I had attached photos of the sunblock and it's ingredients but it's not showing. It also appears much of the text of my post is missing. Without those two things my question makes no sense. I'll try to add the pics again.

The sunblock was purchased at Watsons, a large Rx chain here.

And I promise I will use it properly. Smile

Hi once again,
well, to me it looks kinda okey. At the end of the day - the most important thing is to actually use it, the rest is less worrying Smile
