You would like to know whether the reason for your sickness may be depression.

Given your symptoms of feeling sick after eating and crying, it is likely that the reason for it is the depression you have already been diagnosed with. You may consider getting out on a walk with your son or having conversations with your relatives and friends to make you feel better. You may also consider seeing a psychiatrist to consult him/her about the treatment options.

Please keep in mind that I am trying to provide you with medical information here. I am not able to give you medical advice online. Please contact your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider such as a psychiatrist to learn more about treatment options.
