I was 6 months post hysterectomy and first time post sex was in bed for days. I called Triage and was told to take GasX. Went to Dr. few days later and was given estrogen cream and ordered ultra sound. Had sex a month or two later and ended up in ER -straight to surgery where they had to do abdominal incision and re-stitch vaginal cuff because mine was torn and stomach fluids and intestines were coming out of me. I saw a post here back in Jan. 2008 from another member this happened to and would like to talk with her about her experience. I am devastated about this happening, my work is not supportive, no-one understands what I have been through or how much pain I am still in at 5 weeks after emergency surgery and I can't find out any answers anywhere! I am frustrated, sad, worried, and still hurt A LOT and it's been almost 6 weeks since the emergency surgery. I don't know where to turn for answers or support!!!!
