Q: Sugar levels after food

I posted on another post regarding my monitoring at home but I have a different question.
My blood sugar seems to stabilize around 4.7 or so most of the time is that okay?
I am also wondering how long should it take for your levels to go down after eating and how fast? I know 2 hours but for example mine was at 5.6 then I tested again half hour later and it was at 4.7 without eating a thing for a while now. As long as it stays within range I am thinking it should be okay?
I know blood glucose flucuates and I am sometimes paranoid and focus too much on something like right now I have it in my head that I am hypoglycemic so I am obsessing with taking my blood and worrying myself like crazy because I went really low today for the first time since testing at home.
Anyway if anybody can help that would be great thanks!!!!

4.7
I'm no expert but I believe 4.7 is perfectly safe, although I feel hypoglycemic at 4.7, I think its a little on the low side but nothing to worry about, apart from how it makes you feel.
