hey all,
i make my own fruit smoothies, usually consisting of an apple, pear, 7 grapes 7 raspberries, 5 strawberries half a cup of water and a portion of protien powder, this i find is ideal as a meal replacement. but i don't know if its ok in the amount of fructose or sugar i am consuming in 1 hit. are my suagr levels going that high just to fall so low, and make me more hungry, also is it ok to "eat" fruit like this or is it better to eat fruit the normal way..
