On and off for the last 3 years I have been having bouts with my breathing. I feel like I'm suffocating and my nose feels stuffed up about half ways up my nose. The bridge of my nose is a little bulbus, like it was fratured and healed and it's always sensitive on the bridge. I get anxious very easily at times but for the most part I don't have much energy, I believe I'm low on oxygen. Whenever I am in a confrontation I start shaking uncontrollably and get stiff. I smoked for 5 years but quit 5 years ago and use to drink but don't drink so much anymore or at all. Overall I believe I'm pretty healthy besides this nasal thing. I believe I may have fractured it as a kid and it didn't heal right or something.

I am suffocating so bad and I can't find relief, any help is greatly appreciated.

I am seeing a ENT doctor next week but since I don't have insurance they figured they would just get me an appointment with a new doctor. What should I let him know so that we can find exactly what's wrong?
