Shoulder and Back Pain are common because

these areas are vulnerable to injury, such as sprains and strains. Other disorders that may

cause back pain include herniated disc, degenerative disc disease, pinched nerves, scoliosis

and sciatica. There is no way to avoid shoulder pain entirely. There are ways to make it

less likely, though, such as regular stretching and taking proper advantage of

ergonomically-designed furniture and office equipment.

Have you tried the G2 Back Stretch mats yet? I am 34 and it helped out ALOT with my back pains. If your interested, mine came with a promotional code coupon: (TLG2DEAL). It's about a $10 discount I think...but like I said, the mat was a big help. Good luck!

Extremely eHealthy
You need to see your primary doctor to try and find out what the problem is.

Instead of wasting money on various products or trying to self treat, both with the potential to make your problem far worse than it is, get to a doctor.
