Hello and welcome to e health forum.

The description of the pain does not help to make a proper diagnosis. Conditions that can present with pain in the umbilical region include - enteritis, acute gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, appendicitis, etc.

For a proper diagnosis, you may consult with your doctor, who can examine you and if needed order a ultrasound or a CT of the abdomen.

Based on the diagnosis, proper therapy can be initiated to relieve your symptoms.
